Cannot recommend Sarah enough!

After having my second baby I have been keen to get my fitness back but wanted to find someone who was knowledgeable about post-natal fitness. I have been to all “post-natal” safe classes in the area with my first baby and was shocked at how no one really checks your core muscles/corrects your form or acknowledges that everyone post natal body is different. I wanted someone who didn’t use a “one method suits all” approach but also challenged me and worked at my pace ! Sarah is all of those things, taking time to ensure my core strength has been built back up correctly , giving me a safe exercises to try at home as well as in her studio . Plus, best of all I have been able to take my baby with me to sessions in her her lovely studio attached to her home which makes life so much easier . I am loving working out with her and seeing great results . Just wish I had found her sooner!

Sarah is a fantastic trainer and comes highly recommended - she strikes the brilliant balance of being fun and creative with her work-outs whilst making you work hard and get results. I've trained with her in the gym, at her outdoor bootcamps and as a one-to-one PT and she's fantastic. She has a way of making you feel really comfortable and supported and helped me through a difficult time when I first developed arthritis; adapting exercises and always remembering to ask how I was and modify with something equally as challenging. A superstar!
