Can you help me achieve my goals?

Yes! I will do my best to work with you to understand exactly what you are trying to achieve. I will create a goal focused training programme tailored to your needs and will provide nutritional advice to work hand in hand with the programme and accelerate your progress.

Can you help me lose weight?

Of course! If you are committed to losing weight then I can definitely assist you on your journey. All I need from you is dedication and consistency and together we can shed those pounds!

Can you make me stronger?

If strength is your goal you have come to the right place. I love weight training and this is personally my favourite way to train. I will ensure you gain strength and have fun doing so!

What sort of workouts do you do?

My workouts are very varied. They are a mixture of strength training, explosive movements and core stability. I promise I will never make you run on a treadmill for half an hour. My workouts will be hard work but if you want to reach your goals, your body needs to be challenged to ensure you get there.

Where do you do your Personal Training sessions?

I can do my PT sessions wherever suits you. I train out of a private gym facility in Winchester which has some of the best equipment in the area. Alternatively I am happy to discuss coming to you if you have the space to train at your own home. I also enjoy training out in the open if you prefer to get some fresh air whilst working out. The options are really up to you – let me know your preference and I will do my best to accommodate!

Do I need to be a member of a gym to do Personal Training sessions with you?

No you don't require any sort of membership to have a session with me.

Can I do a Personal Training session with my friend?

Yes I can do sessions for up to 4 people so please get in touch to discuss your needs.

What qualifications do you hold?

I am a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, I am qualified in pre and post natal training and I have a qualification in instructing both spin classes and kettlebell classes.

What is provided in the session and what will I need to bring?

I will provide all equipment needed for the session. All you are required to bring is a bottle of water to keep hydrated and lots of energy! Please also ensure you are wearing suitable trainers and sportswear for your session.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please let me know within 48 hours if you will not be able to attend your session otherwise unfortunately I will have to charge you for the missed session.
