I offer a range of online services depending on your requirements.

Virtual One-To-Ones

I offer virtual one-to-one personal training sessions. These take place via Zoom and are personalised sessions tailored towards your goals. They are planned according to the equipment and space you have available and will help you improve your fitness at your own pace. The sessions are specifically tailored to you and can help you build strength, lose weight or just improve your overall fitness - whatever your goal, I can help! Virtual one-to-ones are £30 for one 40 minute session.

Home Programmes

The home programmes I offer are individual to you and your needs. They are 4 week programmes which will include either 3 or 4 workouts to do weekly, dependent on your goals.

If you don’t have access to any equipment, the programme can be based on using just body weight. Body weight training is extremely effective and can provide great results so please don’t think your lack of equipment will hinder your progress!

If you have equipment available at home, I can include the use of this equipment in your plan.

I offer specialist pre and post natal home programmes too which again can be either body weight or using any equipment you have available.

4 week home programmes are £40.
