Welcome to Sarah Caven Fitness! If you are reading this, you have already begun your journey towards reaching your goals. Are you looking to lose weight, increase muscle tone, learn a new skill or do you just want to feel better in yourself and improve your confidence? Whatever your goal, I am here to help!

I believe health and fitness is more than just about how you look, it is about how you feel and the enjoyment and head space you can achieve from the result of exercise. This is what makes me so passionate in motivating others to make health and fitness part of their lives. 

I can help you achieve your fitness goals, whether you are a complete beginner or experienced in the gym. I will help you love your body for what it can achieve and not just what it looks like. You will become a fitter and stronger version of yourself with every session. In current society body image is a focal part of day to day life. It’s hard to get away from what the ‘ideal’ body image is however I believe that every body is different and your fitness journey should be a personal experience specialist to you. For this reason I ensure that every client’s programme is different and tailored towards their needs. You may not want to lose weight or build muscle, you may want to just feel more confident in your own skin. You don’t need to have a specific physical goal, fitness for you may be more of a mental journey and a journey of learning how to love your body and accept you for you.

I’ve been training with Sarah for over a year now and always come away from each session feeling good. She understands your personal needs and ability and has helped me feel stronger but also more confident when I’m training. The gym plans she gives you are easy to follow and you can track your progress too. I also attend her group training sessions which are fun and challenging, with great music!
